Riverbough is a person-centered mental health provider. All people are welcomed and respected for who they are at Riverbough.
We also understand the importance of cultural awareness and cultural sensitivity. We strive to provide anti-racist and anti-oppressive services to everyone and our most vulnerable populations, including People of Color, LGBTQIA folks, and people with various, non-culturally dominant, and unique abilities.
Our approach to mental health therapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavior Therapy. We gently explore thoughts and feelings and how they impact behavior to cultivate new ways of thinking and new ways of engaging with the world. We may also utilize a systems approach to understand your specific life-context within which you manage and cope. We may also use a solution focused approach to help prioritize issues and develop actionable steps to manage immediate concerns. Your feedback is also very important. If something doesn’t work for you, we want to know so that your experience is a positive and effective one.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and master's level certified alcohol and drug counselor with over a decade of experience working with adults, teens, couples and families. I am deeply committed to improving the wellness and quality of life of those I serve and believe every person and their life is valuable, deserves access to resources to improve their quality of life, and experience inclusion and safety while working with me.
Maybe you are struggling with overwhelming emotions, relationship dynamics, unresolved trauma, or the uncertainty of continual transitions in your life. You do not have to begin and navigate the path to wellness alone. I am here to be nonjudgemental, objective and can offer perspective, a wealth of knowledge, and support to you on your path forward. You will set the direction and pace of our work towards wellness.
In our first appointment, you can expect a comprehensive Bio-psycho-social-cultural assessment to help me understand you and what you are going through better. We will work collaboratively on a plan you feel good about. You will walk away from our sessions together feeling seen, heard and with more clarity about how to manage challenges on your path to wellness.
Diana Latorre, LCSW, CADCIII
Angela Federico, LCSW
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years’ experience working with individuals, couples and caregivers. I also have extensive experience working with first responders: civilian law enforcement, as well military members and veterans. I obtained my master’s degree after retiring from law enforcement with over 20 years of service. My lifelong passion has been in service to others, and helping to make difficult or traumatic times less painful, more manageable. I value and respect everyone, and am committed to listening and helping to find your own solutions and honor your self-determined goals. Sometimes in life we may feel buried, but in reality we have just been planted and need guidance, empathy, and support as you grow and navigate the road ahead. I look forward to providing you a safe haven where we can collaboratively work together, to enhance the quality of your life and well-being.
I am married and appreciate the gift of spending time with friends, family, loved ones. I enjoy traveling, anywhere, because it provides an opportunity to learn, grow and discover more about myself and the world.
