“Everyone deserves to tell their story to someone who will listen with an unbiased, caring, and professional perspective.”
— Allyn Latorre, LCSW
Founder of Riverbough. Allyn works with clients who may feel overwhelmed, anxious or depressed, may be neurodivergent, misunderstood, in need of perspective and solutions. He brings a steady presence and helps people name what feels wrong, clarify their story, and move toward healing.
His style is practical, reflective, and compassionate—drawing from CBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused approaches.
Hello! I am Allyn. I am a father of two daughters and have two large labradors. I am an avid gamer and nerd who loves computers and computer programming. I graduated from Portland State University and have been licensed since 2014.
Therapy provides a space to slow down and understand what's really going on so that we can resolve issues both new and old. I work with people seeking clarity and healing, especially: men and fathers navigating roles, identity, and connection; women reclaiming space to be heard and understood; adults with trauma who feel stuck and want to reclaim their story; older adults navigating loss, transition, or making meaning in life; and those who feel “off” without knowing why. Together, we’ll listen closely to what your life is trying to tell you and begin shaping your story into what it was always meant to be.
People have called me a guide—someone who helps uncover what was within all along. The path isn’t always clear, but we’ll walk through the uncertainty together. On the other side, something transformational may await. I’m here with you, every step of the way.
Therapy does not have to be confusing or intimidating! Everyone deserves to tell their story to someone who will listen with an unbiased, caring and professional perspective. Whether it’s reducing stress and anxiety, navigating relationships, or getting perspective on something that doesn’t feel right, we will name and resolve issues together.
“Sometimes in life we may feel buried, but in reality we have just been planted and need guidance, empathy, and support as you grow and navigate the road ahead.”
— Angela Federico, LCSW
Angela is an EMDR-trained therapist who works with adults who feel tired, disconnected, or burdened by unspoken struggles. A former first responder, she brings a calm, grounded presence that helps clients feel safe as they process trauma, grief, and transitions.
Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker with 12 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and caregivers. I also have vast experience working with first responders: civilian, military, and veterans. I obtained my master’s degree from the University of South Florida after retiring from law enforcement with over 20 years of experience. My lifelong passion has been in service to others and helping to make difficult or traumatic times less painful, more manageable.
I use cognitive and behavioral therapy to gently explore your thoughts and feelings to find new ways of approaching problems. I am EMDR trained and can help you navigate trauma. I also use systems & solution-focused approaches which help to better understand your overall circumstances and concerns and find actionable steps to manage challenges.
You can expect safe and unbiased care in therapy with me. In our first session we will do an assessment so I can better understand how to help. Each session is then tailored to your unique goals. Sessions are a safe haven for you to freely share thoughts and feelings. We will work collaboratively to help enhance the quality of your life and wellbeing.
